Newland to invest US$1 million in Taiwan’s Accuvally Inc.

Newland continues it’s expansion in the electronic mobile ticketing & reservations solutions market by making a 1 Million US Dollar investment in Taiwan’s Accuvally Inc.

On Tuesday February 2nd, Mr. Sun Yali CEO of Fujian Newland Computer Co Ltd. and Mr. Tze-Wen Lo CEO of Accuvally Inc. signed the investment agreement during a seminar hosted by Microsoft Taiwan.

This event was held at the Taiwan Microsoft Envisioning Center and organised jointly with the Taiwan Education Department, National Tsinghua University, Microsoft, Accuvally and Newland Taiwan. During this event Newland Computer and Accuvally launched it’s Microsoft's Azure cloud technology-based “Accuseats & Accupass” innovative applications.

After becoming the first mainland china enterprise to enter Taiwan, Newland not only focuses on developing automatic identification technology but also expanding its business to "cloud computing" applications.

Newland is committed to value-added applications of electronic two-dimensional bar code technology and builds a sustainable business including mobile couponing for McDonalds in China’s major cities and the mobile ticketing for China Southern Airlines.
