Upon request, PROSHOP systems with central storage- and dispensing units located past the check-out area can be integrated to the merchandise management system already in use. This results in maximum transparency and automated planning/ordering.

Principle: The server-based PROSHOP system connects the individual components with the assistance of the DECT wireless technology.
The selection panels can optionally placed throughout thanks to wireless connection and their simple, convenient installation. The selection units can either be operated in the conventional manner via foil keys or by way of touch screens. The placement of one or multiple dispensing units just past the check-out area minimizes the inventory volume and the machine restocking expenditures. Depending on your specific needs, you can select either the PROSHOP vending machine for cigarettes, roll-your-own tobacco and cigarette cartons or the Universal dispenser, which operates on the basis of spiral technology.

The SMOKYTHEK under-counter version

The new SMOKYTHEK 60 under-counter version uses material handling technology that is similar to the solution used on its “older brother”. The tobacco products are stored underneath the checkout conveyor. The selection panel is mounted on the vertical conveyor directly at the checkout counter.

Once a customer presses the button for his or her favorite brand, the SMOKYTHEK under-counter version delivers the pack to the checkout conveyor right next to the cashier.

In close cooperation with the checkout counter supplier we will match color and appearance, so that the customer perceives the counter as an attractive, uniform piece of furniture.

The entire checkout area has a clear-cut, orderly appearance.

The SMOKYTHEK CS offers a very high level of theft and burglary protection for the sale of tobacco products. In addition, the vending system promotes the responsible handling of tobacco products. By storing tobacco products in the unattractive area under the checkout counter where consumers cannot see them, the attractive area behind the personnel can be used for presenting other groups of products.

The HARTING SMOKYTHEK UT shelving system adds the finishing touch to the impulse items presentation in this zone. The shelving system is mounted as an extension to the proven SMOKYTHEK UT vending system at the checkout conveyor. With a height of 1.30 m, the system is the optimal implementation of the market requirements placed on tomorrow's checkout zone.

As the market leader in indoor cigarette vending machines in Germany it is distinguished several 100,000 times. Nowadays, Chip-Card-Reader are standard features of the TL520 A as a part of the towerline-family and as the “Convenience” version with banknote reader it generates a real growth of turnover.

The TOWERLINE Shop offers different sizes and filling capacities depending on the sales space. The cigarette packet is dispensed by the cash-desk assistant. At the same time its removal is booked. Filling the machine can be limited to authorized persons. The models have three things in common: attractiv design, ease of use and optimum theft protection. The use of TOWERLINE Shop will significantly reduce inventory discrepancies. Naturally, all the requirements of the Youth Protection Act are fully met. The illuminated panel can be individually designed and used as advertising space for targeted promotions. In every instance, the system guarantees secure and at the same time high sales volume.

The TOWERLINE Shop can be integrated into the merchandise information system. The tobacco product can only be dispensed via a selection tableau after it has been booked in the cash register. The intelligent software application registers every staff log-on and log-out, and offers detailed analysis options. Permanent inventory figures and stock checks are available at the press of a button in connection with specified individual employees. The modular construction of the system can be adapted to fit almost any shop design. By retaining the visual presentation of the goods (original products) and by integrating advertising space through displays or TFT monitors, the TOWERLINE Shop impresses as a genuine eyecatcher. The number of brand options can be individually defined from max. 95 in the master und 48 in the slave. The capacity is at least 1,100 packets, in the master and 550 packets in the slave.
